Following a number of interviews/opportunities from Florida to Hawaii and in-between, it became a priority to remain in this area.

"The organization faces many challenges but also has some significant opportunities. The organization is at a low point but has the unanimous support of the 10 Presidents. The President and I share a similar vision for the organization and we will play an integral role in its renewal. My major obstacles were unemployment and a local economy that has been slow to improve."
